This podcast is brimming with knowledge from psychologists, nutritionists and scientists to your everyday runner.
2. The Runners World UK Podcast
This is your ultimate weekly nosey into the world of running. New episodes drop every Tuesday and are informative, entertaining and unique providing news, interviews, advice and in-depth discussions. If you are keen to learn more about running and keep up to date, definitely give this a listen.
3. Feel Better Live More
The philosophy behind Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s podcast is to “simplify health in a world where it has become overcomplicated”. This podcast is a minefield of knowledge and you’ll leave every episode with information that will inspire and transform the way you feel about health and fitness. Dr Chatterjee, who has over 20 years experience of experience as a GP, is joined by leading health experts and a whole host of interesting guests to offer inspiring stories, health hacks, expert advice and debunk myths.

5. Well Far: The Running Podcast
Whether you are just starting, or here to PB, Well Far is the weekly running podcast helping you to go the distance. Each week host Amy Lane – author, runner and fitness expert – breaks down the barriers to running to make it accessible for all abilities. If you are you confused by spikes and split times this is the podcast for you. Get advice and action points you need to build up your confidence and your endurance. So, wherever your starting point and whatever the distance, you can go Well Far!
6. Quite Unsuitable For Females
A wildcard for our last, but certainly not least pick! Whilst not strictly about running, we still think this is one that you’ll love and is well worth the listen. This podcast series, launched by the National Football Museum, reveals the secrets, tackles the stereotypes and busts myths about women in football. Utilising the museum’s extensive archive to shine a light on untold stories, tracing over a century of the game’s history up to the modern day. This five-part series includes a host of special guests, including England and Everton star Toni Duggan, who make an appearance.
